Terms of use
Last updated 25 October 2026
These terms are between you and Terrascan Pty Ltd (ABN 61 623 375 235) for your use of Wirelog. Wirelog is a web app for wireline and downhole logging crews. If you use Wirelog, you agree to these terms.
The 14-day trial
A new crew can start a 14-day free trial. This website doesn't take payment. Prices for paid plans aren't set yet, and they'll be published on the site when they are. You can stop using Wirelog during the trial.
Your data
You own the company data, equipment records, field forms, and logs you put into Wirelog. We don't claim ownership of that material. You let us host and process it so we can provide the service to your company.
Acceptable use
Use Wirelog for your own logging work. You must not:
- open or try to open another company's account or records
- store material you don't have the right to store
- interfere with the service, or with another customer's use of it
Availability
We work to keep Wirelog available, including the field form on a phone that has already saved it for offline use. We don't guarantee that the service will be available all the time, or that it will be free of faults.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for a claim about Wirelog is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it supplied again. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The updated terms will be posted on this page, with a new date at the top. If a change is material, we'll email the address on the account before the change takes effect, where we have one.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of New South Wales can hear a dispute about them.
